FRP/PVC-U、FRP/PVC-C(复合管材管件)以化工用PVC-U、PVC-C管材、管件作为内衬,玻璃钢作为外加强层,通过界面粘合剂以及特定机械缠绕制造;
结合了PVC-U、PVC-C耐腐蚀优和FRP强度高,耐温性好的特点,克服了PVC-U、PVC-C在较高温度下受压能力差,室外易老化的缺点;扩大了单一的PVC-U、PVC-C管道系统和FRP管的使用范围。FRP/PVC-U、FRP/PVC-C复合管材和管件抗冲击性良好,流体阻力小,无电化学腐蚀,适用于钢铁、冶金、石油、化工、化肥、制药、电力、污水处理、铜箔、多晶硅、稀土、石墨、新能源、储能、电子半导体、氯碱等行业。
